Rum Explorer – A Journey to the Heart of the World’s Finest Rums at Rum Explorer, our philosophy is rooted in the quest for flavor. We travel to the far corners of the globe in search of the most iconic distilleries, renowned for the quality and authenticity of their rums. Each country, each terroir, and each craft tells a unique story that we wish to share with our customers. This spirit of exploration and discovery lies at the heart of our brand.
Once carefully selected, these bold and characterful rums begin a new chapter of their story in Normandy, at Château du Breuil. In our cellars, we add our signature touch through meticulous finishing in barrels that once held other spirits, such as whisky, Pineau, or Cognac. This aging process imparts an extra layer of depth, enhancing their aromas and enriching their complexity. We are able to draw on our expertise in aging techniques, thanks to our core craft: producing our Calvados AOC Pays d’Auge since 1954. Each bottle of Rum Explorer is the result of this union between local traditions and our Normandy savoir-faire.

TASTING NOTES – BELIZE 4 YEARS

Color: light copper
Nose: Intense, with scents of frangipani flowers and jacaranda. Aromas of ripe fruits such as banana and pineapple, with a vanilla backbone.
Palate: Fresh and vibrant, with tonka bean notes and hints of lightly caramelized fruits.
Finish: Raisins and caramel, with blond tobacco lingering on the glass.
